Some find bulking difficult, as they tend to gain more fat than muscle, for others bulking tends to be frustrating as their weight increase by only 2 pounds maybe for 6 months of bulking. So I guess the goal for most people is to gain at least 2 pounds of fat. The next part of this is figuring out the proper macronutrient ratios to keep the energy coming and not causing muscle breakdown that could potentially cause injury. I know the best way I can do this is by having my clients do calisthenics/cardio to burn off excess body fat/muscle, bulking body. I have tried to design my workouts along this lines in the past, bulking and weight gain. I used to do body weight resistance training with lots of swings and pulls and dumbbell reps. This was not very effective, as the resistance is too light and it takes too long to train muscle. So we switched this to full body squats and bodyweight rows, bulking vs cutting. There are many other bodyweight weight exercises that should also be explored, and they are also very effective at building muscle, gain bulking and weight. You get the most out of it when you combine both of these ideas to get the best results, is bulking necessary to gain muscle. Now how do you add up the workouts? I often do sets of 10 to 30 reps with three to five minutes rest between sets. I also do body weight leg presses, weighted bench presses, weighted push presses, dumbbell flies, weighted side raises and weighted leg extensions. How do you do these workouts?

My personal experience with bulking was very frustrating as I would feel like I was getting fatter every time I bulked, but the problem was it was happening at an extremely slow rate. My belly was getting bigger every time, bulking weight gain per week. My weight slowly increased, but in fact I was only gaining about 2 pounds, 2! I have tried to gain some body fat, so I could lose some stubborn fat (the dreaded belly button) while losing weight that came from a lean body, bulking and then cutting. I can't make this up, bulking and cutting steroids. And that's how I got so sick all the time. My weight quickly went up, but in fact only gained about 3 pounds. So many of us struggle with this exact problem, bulking and cutting together. It's why I started this blog. I wrote it to help others who feel the same way as I do, so that we understand the reasons for losing weight and then how to continue to gain that fat and give ourselves an advantage over the others, bulking and cutting supplements. My hope is that in my own experience, you'll hear from others who have been there or have been at the bottom.
